Our Laser cutting capabilities offer precision and a high level of cutting intricacy. From soft material such as aluminum to heavy gauge stainless steel plate, our CNC laser cutting system is computer controlled for cutting accuracy.
We work with our customers for the entire product life cycle, from laser cutting for rapid turnaround of low-volume engineering prototypes all the way through cost-effective volume production in large quantities.
The latest addition to the laser cutting department is a new Prima Fiber 6000 watt laser cutting machine with automation. This laser machine allows us to cut parts even more accurately while in some cases dramatically reducing the actual cut time. Beyond faster more accurate cutting, we can now cut thicker cold rolled steel up to .375 thick and stainless up to .312 thick. The additional increase in power now also gives us a machine that is truly capable of cutting aluminum up to .187 thick. We also have an 2000 watt IPG LaserCube that handles a 4 x 4 sheet of material. It’s perfect for smaller parts and quick turns
